RETURN & REFUND POLICY

MK Motorsport Supply does not offer refunds or returns on any completed purchase.

5-Day Faulty Product Guarantee

If your bike has a manufacturer defect or mechanical fault, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 5 days of your pickup appointment.

​

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

​

— The defect or fault must be reported within 5 days of pickup
— The bike must be returned in pristine, unmodified condition
— The bike must show no signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear
— Original packaging and accessories must be included
— A visual inspection will be conducted at time of return

What Qualifies as a Fault

A fault is defined as a manufacturer or mechanical issue present at the time of purchase — not damage resulting from riding, modification, or misuse.

Our Right to Deny

MK Motorsport Supply reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions. All return decisions are final.
